Krd50 Transportation Simulation Test System - China

KRD50 series transportation simulation test system can replace the actual traffic testing, and complete the road transportation simulation test of packaged or unpackaged products in the laboratory.

The simulation conditions are the random vibration environment generated when the vehicle is traveling at a speed of 20-80km/h on the intermediate pavement of the tertiary or fourth highways, to assess the product's adaptability to the vibration of automobile transportation under packaging or non-package, and to assess its structural integrity.

1 - The method of subband approach is used to simulate broadband random vibration.

Each subband contains a main natural frequency and meets the power spectrum of the subband.

The vibration magnitude and running time of the test bench are consistent with the actual road spectrum.

2 - Adopt truck chassis suspension technology, the acceleration factor can be adjusted;

3 - AC variable frequency control;

4 - No special foundation is needed, no other complicated operation or installation.
