KRD13 series high acceleration shock test system is specially designed to meet the requirements of military industry and battery test.
The system adopts the principle of pneumatic energy storage expansion, by adjusting the internal pressure, it releases high impact energy in a short stroke.
It is suitable for assessing the functional reliability and structural integrity of various products under high energy shock or bump environment, so as to reproduce the shock wave energy suffered by products in the actual environment, thereby improving or optimizing the structural design or layout of the products.
1 - Windows-based stable control system, full-automatic remote-control interface 2 - Pneumatic cylinder driving with advantages of large driving force, short accelerating stroke, low cost and pollution free.
3 - The shock energy is large, and the shock test of 70g~45ms can be easily realized.
4 - Automatic control of lifting height with high accuracy and good repeatability
5 - Adopts the high strength and hardness cast aluminum table, which has high first-order resonance frequency, featured with low noise and no clutter 6 - The most reliable double-brake system: effectively avoids secondary rebound collisions, more securely positioning the table, and more reliably guarantees the safety of the operator.
7 - Built-in pneumatic brake mechanism, safe and reliable.
8 - IPS-2000 shock control and measurement system can perform different shock waveforms.
9 - Optional foundation free: Air springs and dampers are used to reduce vibration.
