Usage:

Materials and Processing:

The material of our surface plate is high strength Cast Iron HT200- 300, working surface degree of hardness is HB170- 240, undergoes two manual handlings( artificial annealing 600 degrees- 700 degrees with natural aging 2- 8years) to make the product stable in accuracy and good in grinding resistance.



The following products’ materials and processing are the same except ductile iron.
