Overview
The JINGU enclosed belt conveyor are suitable for conveying of medium and long distances and of all ranges of capacity, featuring large output, low energy consumption and low maintenance cost Complete with plough type tripper for multipoint discharge process Up to 2000 ton per hour for grain and oilseeds
Features
· Enclosed Belt Conveyors are equipped with lined main inlet and outlet hopper at head with polyurethane (on steel mash) liners in a thickness of at least d=8mm Multipoint discharging
· Inspection and maintenance door on head should be supplied
· Belts of EBC conveyors are SOF & SOR (Static, Oil & Fire resistant) & (Super Oil Resistant)
· Belt cleaning after head section is supplied, providing easy in-line cleaning of the belt, as well a grain spillage returning unit at tail section is included in a delivery.
