Up to 1500 ton per hour grain and oilseeds The JINGU bucket elevators are quality products resulting from a combination of advanced foreign and domestic manufacturing technology.
Bucket elevator is preferred equipment for lifting various materials with its stable operation conditions and high reliability.
Features
·Complete Head and Boot section with bearings and gravity take up.
·Inner area of elevator Head and Boot section and input hoppers of the elevators, is covered with AR steel liners, or polyurethane (on steel mash) liners in a thickness of at least d=8mm.
·Elevator is equipped with high density polyethylene plastic cups.
·Belt of elevator is SOF & SOR (Static, Oil & Fire resistant) & (Super Oil Resistant).
·Elevators are equipped with explosion pressure relief panels at the head section and with one pair of panels at each h=6.0m of trunk sections.
