YC-500 Laboratory Spray Dryer Pilotech YC-500 laboratory spray dryer is small in size and suitable for use on the laboratory table.

Its maximum processing capacity is 500ML/H, and a minimum volume of 20ML is enough to perform one experiment.

The maximum and minimum inlet air temperature as well as the minimum outlet air temperature for the YC-500 spray dryer are 250 °C, 130 °C and 60 °C respectively.

The YC-500 spray dryer can be upgraded to an organic solvent spray dryer with an optional inert loop system, or can be upgraded to a vacuum low temperature spray dryer with an optional vacuum system.
