Processing Line has the high degree of automation and people can get the

finished product from the raw material, inflating, shaping and flavoring

without stopping.

This processing line has the following features: Multi-

model machines, flexible collocations, wide raw material sources and

easy operation.

Adopting corn granule or starch as the raw materials,

after expanded by the extruder we can get the erase product like the

capsicum.

After frying or drying and flavor, we can get the crispy and

delicious food.

The Basic Flow Chart includes: Raw material - mixing -

screw conveyor - extruding - frying - flavoring - cooling
