Cleaning System.

Novel wiper adhesive tape ensures full contact with the stencil, higher vacuum suction force guarantees that the solder paste remaining in the cell hole will be removed easily and effective automatic cleaning function will be really realized: three cleaning modes, i.

e: wet, dry and vacuum.

The software is able to set cleaning mode and cleaning paper length you desire.

Programmable suspension printing head: two sets of stepping motor drive, front and rear blade pressure is adjustable, ensure the printing inconsistency between front and rear due to fatigue deformation of scraper material; effectively control stroke, improve printing efficiency, prevent leakage of solder paste.
