【Features】

1This unit is provided with handheld light for flexible operation and easy control and is applicable to desolder or rework flat components of any angle, especially to de-solder BGA and SMD components.

2 - Special infrared heating system is provided for strong penetration and even heating.

This is completely different from the traditional practice which covers the parts to be de-soldered and heats them with hot air, thus preventing the disadvantage of too strong thermal shock.



3 - Because infrared heating system is used, no hot air will flow within the chamber so the micro parts around it will not be affected.

It can de-solder or rework BGA, SMD, CSP, LGA, QFP, and PLCC or perform BGA ball mounting, especially the BGA and SMD components.

It is also provided with an infrared pre-heating station T-8120 for you to rework various multi-plug sockets and pin-type sockets (such as CPU sockets and GAP multi-plug sockets).

4 - It can be operated easily.

A worker can operate skillfully after one-day training.

No fixture is needed for de-soldering.

All flat welded parts can be de-soldered on this unit.

5 - It can de-solder and rework BGAs which are used on mobile phones, computers, notebooks and electronic gaming machines.
