1 - Preset signal lose efficacy judging protection function

Preset signal lead wire open circuit, short circuit or exceed normal range, give an alarm and according to user selected signal lose efficacy mode (full open, full close, self-hold) to control valve position automatically.

2 - Position transmitter signal lose efficacy judging protection function

Position sensor lead wire open circuit, short circuit or damaged, automatic cutout power supply and give an alarm.

3 - Jamming protection

When jamming, electric motor reverse small step, then turn as before.

If jamming disappear, normal operating.

If not, repeat reversing then turn as before.

Three times operating, jamming disappear, normal operating.

If not, cut electric motor power supply and give an alarm.

4 - Electric limit travel

Full open position can�t open continually.

Full close position can�t close continually.

5 - Adjust electric motor rotate direction function automatically

Automatic identification electric motor rotate direction, then adjust electric motor rotate direction function automatically.

No need to adjust electric motor wiring.

6 - Moment anti rollback function

Guarantee start rollback after electric motor stopped.

7 - Automatic adaptive positivereverse operating mode function.

According to the customer�s definition, automatic set openclose valve�s direction.

No need to change position to check the potentiometer�s wiring.

8 - Automatic adaptive rotational inertia, resistance.

Accurate positioning function.

Software can automatic judge actuator rotational inertia, valve resistance.

Ensure to send stop electric motor turn lead time.

Improve accurate positioning effectively.

9 - Onsite manul operating function

Can onsite control the actuator openclosestop by key.
