Brief introduction
This crane belong to heavy class, and lifting weight includes dead weight of grab.
QZ overhead crane with grab consists of bridge, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, grab and electric devices.
Application
QZ overhead crane of grab is applied to metallurgy, cement, chemical industry and other warehouses or workplaces indoors or outdoors to lift such particulates as mineral, limestone, mineral powder, coke, and coal sand, etc.
Operation
The whole mechanism is operated in the cabin.
Features
Load handling device is double-drum four-rope grab whose structure is simple and stability is high.
The grab can open and close at any weight.
When particulate of lifted material is below 100mm, the grab works well.
When particulate is more than 200m, the grab with gear is needed.
The grab is more suitable for naturally piled granular materials.
When the crane is needed to lift under-water material and special material should be told at first.
Rain-proof devices should be equipped outdoors.
