Our Inline Silo type Stationary Concrete Batching Plant is available in
production capacities of 30 m3/hr., 45 m3/hr., 60 m3/hr.
The basic components of Concrete Mixing Plant are Four Feeder Bins for storage of Aggregates & Sand, Collecting Belt conveyor with electronic weigh batching system for Aggregates & sand, Skip bucket / Feeding conveyor for transferring aggregates & sand from feeder bins to mixer, Planetary pan mixer or Twin Shaft mixer for higher capacities, Separate electronic weigh batching system with PLC based controls for aggregates, cement, water and additive, Heavy duty cement screw conveyor, control panel with LCD display, Submersible pump for water, self priming pump for additives, insulated operator control cabin, air compressor and ladder.
