finishing process as brazing, sintering and ceramic metallization.

It’s

applied in metal heat treatment, powder metallurgy, aviation and

magnetic material.

Features:

Furnace chamber is double-wall water cooling structure, made of carbon steel or stainless steel.

Hot zone has two types, full metal and compound.

Full metal type consists of fire-resistant SS and molybdenum screen; compound type consists of heat-resistant SS, molybdenum screen, graphite sheet, mullite fiber or lead silicate fiber.

Many kinds of heaters, such as tungsten thread, molybdenum thread or graphite band, can be chosen as per temperature and process.

There are 2 types of heating methods, internal heating and external heating.

Internal heating is the type that heaters heat loads directly; external heating is the type that heaters are located outside of chamber made of heat resistant alloy and heat loads indirectly through space between chamber walls to prevent pollution to loads, which allows heat treatment to loads under special protective for large volume of hydrogen furnace, external fast cooling system will be adapted to improve cooling down speed.
