Sections Shot Blasting Machine - China

1 - WQH section shot blast machine is specially used for descaling,

removal of oxyd for construction beams like, H beam, PEB beam, L

beam, C beam, etc.

, also is for surface stress relieving,

meanwhile, it can improve the painting quality and prolong the life-

circle of anti- corrosion.

2 - The shot blaster and the housings are made by fine cast high wear resistance steel with high chromium ( 18% ) .

All bearings are made by SKF- Sweden- - - 5 times longer life- circle and 30% noise reduction than normal bearings.

3 - Wearable lining board in the cabin are made by hot- rolled high- manganese steel ( SpMn13) .

Life circle exceeds 15000 hrs.

4 - Grade- III dust removal unit: cyclone filter, cartridge filter and board type filter.

Indoor dust removal capacity is less than 3mg/ m³.
