The invention is about a type of coated

abrasive for grinding and the method of its fabrication with the surface

of a sand-glued cloth made by cross-twisting threads to form a net for

the grinding powder to pass through.

It can work both in the dry and wet

environments, by machine or by hand.

Features:

• Breathable abrasive mesh allows dust to be extracted through the whole sanding surface.

• Back is receptive to velcro style hook.

• The open mesh structure is extremely resistant to clogging.

• No need to align disc to extraction holes.
