Fully automatic double column horizontal band saw machine is typically designed for fully automatic precise cutting various metals or non-metallic materials, such as stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and wide range of other alloys, plus wood, plastic, rubber, and so on, This kind of band saw machine can fully automatically cut round material with diameter up to 600mm (23.50') and rectangle sheets in size up to 600mm(H) * 700mm(W) or 23.50'(H) * 27.50'(W), The guaranteed cut-off accuracy is +/- 0, 1 mm/100 mm of material cut.

15 - Automatic chip cleaning device

16 - After cutting sheets of different lengths, the saw blades automatically reset and the saw frame automatically rises up.

17 - Cursor positioning: projector device makes a shadow cast on working piece to have a precise cutting size

18 - Hydraulic pump supplies system pressure through three position directional valves controlling all vises, head up/down, blade tension, guide arm, and shuttle movement.
