This industrial CNC Polycrystaline Diamond (PCD) router bits is the top of the range PCD tool for CNC nesting.

With 3+3 shear cut design feature, this durable cutter ensures a clean finish on both top and bottom surfaces of your work piece.

The router bits are specially designed for industrial CNC applications in a variety of tough, abrasive materials such as particleboard, MDF, veneer, hardwood, plywood and melamine.

The bits are ideal for cutting, jointing and rabbeting in these materials.

Our 3-flute diamond bit features a solid carbide tool body and a short upcut and like our 2 flutes it’s suitable for nesting cuts.

The cutting edges shear toward the center of the material in an up/down angle, to provide a very clean cut on laminated materials.

This bit can be sharpened 6-8 times when used under normal wear conditions.
