It is general name for control one-way water flow check valve.

The valve buried in canal slope or channel bottom to control groundwater drain into valve in one-way direction under water head difference.

According to the opening mode, there have anti-sedimentation flap-type check valve, anti-sedimentation ball-type check valve, etc.

It is made from PVC-U, Acrylonitrile-Brtadiene-S tyrene (ABS), polyamide (Nylon), inject molding。With characteristic of the spare parts can be replaced, anti-sedimentation, only allow the water flow to outside, avoids surface water leak down.

It widely use for JLFP, JLFQ water project of high groundwater canal slope, impounding reservoir.

Construction guide

Socket type check valve should be installed after construction of pressure-reducing drainage pipe is completed and meets design requirement, and then press check valve into casing directly.

In the process of installation, please pay attention in the following points:

1 - Before install the check valve, in order to prevent the pipe casing from being blocked by concrete, sands or slurry, etc., a temporary protective cover should install on the top.

2 - When install the check valve, open the temporary protective cover, clean up the pipe casing, and then press into the check valve.
