It is a versatile and

economical solution designed to automate the repetitive grinding tasks.

It features automated longitudinal and cross feed.

This compact

2- axis surface grinding controller utilizes a simple and intuitive operator interface and three selectable patterns mode to help

automate repetitive grinding tasks, delivering the best results.

1 - A 20x4 alphanumeric LCD to display status and settings.

2 - Easy to understand menus and smooth navigation.

3 - 16 bit controller with 32 bit math for precise indexing.

5 - Maximum Pulse rate: 40 KHz.

6 - Control: 3 Automatic modes select.

Feed at both sides.

Feed at one end only.

7 - Speed control by potentiometer.

8 - Emergency stop.

9 - Inputs: 3 NPN Proxy ( X limit, Y limit and Emergency input) + 1 On- Off switch for start- stop.

10 - Outputs: 4 for motor1 and motor2 ( STEP and DIR) + two 12 V outputs ( for NPN proximity type sensor) + 5 V ( for POT connections) .
