2V Long Life Batteries From 100Ah to 3000Ah

（1）Equal ization charges are not required, reducing maintenance and labor costs

（2）Our newly developed lead-calcium-tin alloy greatly reduces grid corrosion resulting in extended life (15-20 year life expectancy in float service at 20-25°C ambient temperature).

（3）Large -sized VRLA Battery Series battery is manufactured in accordance with JIS C 8707 and YD/T 799-2002.

（4）Addin g water or taking specific gravity measurements are not required.

There is also no need for an equalization charge.

（5）The container and cover are made of flame retardant plastics which meet UL-94V-0 specifications.

Front Terminal Batteries

Front Terminal Type VRLA Battery Series is designed for the service with high requirements.

Since its grid is made of special multi-element alloy, the cell has a longer deep cycle life and a better discharge performance being a preferential solution for high-class UPS.

Cell of this series is of a narrow and long structure with a proportion of length to width up to 3.32～4.46, therefore it has an excellent performance in heat dissipation reducing greatly the possible thermal runaway.

With the front terminal designed for the connection with external circuit and the availability of different connection bars, the cell can be mounted and dismounted easily and quickly lowering the cost of maintenance.

The product is intended for service in telecom, UPS, power plant, transformer substation, control system, microwave relay station, remote sensing device, energy storage of solar/wind power generator.

Gel batteries

The Sunbright Gel Series batteries use a silica gel to immobilize the electrolyte inside the battery.

The silica gel technology delivers maximum cycle life and prolongs life in elevated ambient temperatures, because the gel transfers heat generated during cycling outside of the battery more efficiently than other VRLA technologies.

Electrolyte will not stratify, Gelled thixotropic electrolyte, Low self discharge, Good tolerance to higher and lower temperature applications.
