The male thread can be fastened with a nut or clinching nut in order to install quickly and tightly.

The male-female threaded standoff which used in electronic products commonly with undercut on male side, while many customers need standoff with more strength, so they prefer to remove the undercut.

Male-female threaded standoffs are available in Hex and Round shape.
