Low frequency feeding, high frequency vibration and

template suppressing vibration make the concrete fully liquefied and

exhausted within two to three seconds.

With the use of new technology,

QT6-15 can produce 0.45 m2 blocks, 15pcs perforated bricks within 15

seconds, and QT8-15 model can produce 0.56 m2 blocks, 20pcs perforated

bricks within 15s, notably raising working efficiency.

The model is designed with a device separating material storage and material distribution.

Storage is photo-electrically controlled and material s is distributed as needed.

Storage hopper is separated from vibration source to avoid premature liquefaction of some concrete due to the effect of aftershock Special arch device ensures rapid and even distribution of materials, a swinging distribution device is fixed in the hopper and the materials are evenly sent to the mould box.
