Metal sound absorption/insulation board is generally composed of steel plate on sound insulation surface layer, damping layer, sound absorption layer, waterproof and breathable layer and steel pore plate.

Based on project needs, steel plate on sound insulation surface layer can adopt flat type and corrugated type, adapt to several surface treatment processes, e.g. painting and powder spraying, and utilize thermal transfer printing technology.

The surface can be made from several apparent materials.

Round pore plate and rainproof pore plate are generally adopted.

Round pore plate is usually used indoors, e.g. sound absorption/insulation board on the walls and roof of noise reduction room, sound absorption/insulation board on the walls of noise reduction hood, etc.
