million yuan totally, holding area of 160, 000 square meters, and the

It is the biggest seamless steel pipe manufacturer in Hebei

Our company imported whole sets of seamless steel pipe

production line from Germany.

We can produce diameter of 114-325mm

hot-rolling seamless steel pipe, processing large-diameter seamless

pipe such as Ф426, Ф530, Ф610 and the biggest can

reach Ф820 with 5-65mm of wall thickness and 13m of each

length, which fill the blank of Huabei area.

The annual output of

large- diameter is 100, 000 tons, finishing 800 million RMB of the

total value of industrial output and paying duty for 120 mllion RMB,

which maximize the benefit.

After bringing this item into

production, we adopt the technical data and craft parameter supplied

by relative institutions, pass API 5L certificate and legal

standard, and draw up operation instruction, process flow diagram,

process operation card, test guide card, operating instructions etc,

which is used in guiding production to ensure the qualified quality.

Our group owns 40 machine unit, 50 machine unit, 50 strength machine

unit of each one.

and 8 chained type producstion lines, which can

produce 13.7-108mm cold- drawing seamless pipe with 2-28mm wall

thickness and 5-12m of each length.

We have boiler certification.

The above 4 sets hot-rolling and cold-drawing machine units

including all seamless steel pipe range from 13.7 to 108mm leading

by material of carbon steel and low alloy steel.

international certification companies and satisfying different

standard test and experiment requirement of steel pipe and pipe
