Our factory produces wooden impregnated sleepers for railways which
corresponds to EN 13145, EN 13991, GOST 7889, GOST 8816-70, GOST 9463-
88, GOST 20022.0-93 - Productivity of factory 1000 m3 (aprox.
10000
sleepers) impregnated saw-timbers a month.
The main purpose of the
factory operating activity is high – quality finished products.
Our
production has the certificate to supply the enterprises of the
Ukrainian railway with wooden impregnated sleepers.
The product quality
is completely up to standard: geometry and the quality of wood – GOST-78-
89, GOST- 78-2004; process protection of wood – GOST– 20022.0-93;
process protection of wood( impregnation) – GOST-20022.5-93 (Autoclave
treatment) or – GOST-20022.6-93 (Steeping) For production we use
following breeds of wood: a pine (Pinus sylvestris).
For impregnation we
use creosote of GOST 2770-74 analogue of mark B or C of EN 13991 - In
