Compared with the above mentioned machines, roller screed is a machine with simple structure.

Its working principle is to use electronic, fuel or hydraulic motor to drive round roller, and use roller to rotate on concrete for the purpose of compacting of concrete.

Roller screed doesn’t have vibration function, it is not applicable for some concrete project that need vibration.

But it is widely used in pervious concrete and some concrete construction project that with slope.

Compared with power screed, operator is only required to operates it in up-right position, damage to operators waist is avoided.

4 - Concrete Power Screed

Power screed is also one of the most common machines in concrete floor construction.

Power screed is mainly used for expelling air from concrete, striking concrete floor and enhance concrete density.

It replaces roller and darby the two conventional process, which decrease cost and enhance efficiency.
