Feature:
This double arm conical aluminium light columns are made from the raw material aluminum alloy 6063-T6, it is 6meters to 12meters(20ft to 40ft) high with a wall thickness of 3.0mm to 5.0mm(0.12inches to 0.19inches), Variable arm length from 1.2meter to 1.8meter(100inches to 150inches) with double arm type .
The double lamp arms are designed to mount the street lights.
This seamless light pole has a simple and basic design, easy to install and maintain, high strength and time-tested.
Generally it is applicable to street, square, stadium, highway, expressway, seaside etc.
The aluminum lighting poles meet all applicable material ASTM standards, All welders have over 20 years welding experience.
Pole:
The pole shaft is extruded from a seamless aluminum pipe by advanced CNC spinning machine.
Luminaires Arm:
The light arms are conically tapered from seamless alloy aluminum.
The arms are oriented 180°apart.
Hand Hole: A covered hand hole with hardware and grounding bolts are provided.
Base Plate:
The base plate is cast from die-cast aluminum ASTM A36, the completed pole assembly is heat-treated to T6 temper.
Anchor Bolts:
Anchor bolts are made from galvanized steel Q235B .
Provided with four foundation bolts and with nuts and flat washers.
The top of bolts have an square locating plate, which is very convenient for installation.
Finish: The standard finish for the light pole includes satin brush clear anodized and powder coated.
Additional finish options are available according to customers’ request.

Color:
Natural Aluminum color is the standard option for our aluminum street light post.
