FBE (Fusion Bonding Epoxy) refers to heavy-duty thermosetting epoxy powder coating.

Classification of FBE (Fusion Bonding Epoxy)

1) According to method can be divided into: the pipe spraying spraying powder, both inside and outside the pipe universal powder with flour, pipe outside.

3) According to the curing conditions can be divided into: fast curing, curing common types.

Fast curing powder curing conditions generally 230 ℃ / 0.5 ~ 2mi.

FBE process FBE powder coating methods are: electrostatic spraying, thermal spraying, aspiration, fluidized bed method, roll method.
