This kind of refilling machine has different working principle comparing

with ZF-09 & ZF-07B, it belongs to the traditional piercing type.

It was

designed especially for the few kinds of cartridges which cannot be

refilled by the method of nondestructive way and it was suitable for all

kinds of cartridges with the printing head.

The advantages are as follow

Six Pipelines

It can refill six color photo cartridge Magenta, Yellow, Cyan, light Magenta, light Cyan, Black / HP 9 color cartridge Magenta, Yellow, Cyan, Black, light Black 1 light Black 2………………….

10 kinds of clamps are attached

Nowadays there is no one refilling machine attached with clamps like ours.

i.

When you put a cartridge in a vacuumized cabin, the cartridge is easy to fall down if you don’t put a clamp on the cartridge.

ii.

The air will be leaked from nozzle when the cartridge is in a vacuum circumstance, so the excellent efficiency of refilling can not be achieved.

iii.

It also easily to cause mixed color from nozzle.

Any vacuum degree which you want can be achieve and stay

Because different vacuum degrees are needed by different cartridge, so the vacuum degree is quite important for refilling.

The WX-2 can achieve any vacuum degree from 0 ~ -0.1MPa and the degree can be stayed at any point of the vacuum meter and meanwhile the vacuum circumstance can be stayed.

d.

A framework of metal is fixed on the glass cabin door

The glass door will be damaged by the high pressure in a vacuum circumstance, the door will easily to deform and crack.

The problem can be solved if fixed a metal framework on the cabin door.

It’s a very practical design.

e.

Pump waste

Two effects: a.

pump the waste ink from the cartridge

b.

pump back ink towards nozzle of cartridge

Refilling cartridge in a vacuum cabin is quite different with refilling by vacuumizing cartridge itself.

The ink can not reach to the nozzle of cartridge by former method, so the users should pump the ink from sponge to nozzle.
