1 - Design Criteria of Steel Tower

1.2 Exposure Category C and Topographic Category 2_ 50m crest height

1.3 Code: ANSI/ TIA/ EIA- 222- G Latest

1.4 Max Antenna Load: light duty, middle duty, heavy duty.

2 - Fabrication

2.1 Prototype assembly of each new tower type should be done before mass production.

2.2 Hot- dip galvanization in accordance with ISO1461- 2009 and ASTM A123.

3 - Steel Material

3.1 Legs Steel will be high tensile steel like Q420/ Q345 with yield strength is 420/ 345MPa.

3.2 Others Steel will be middle steel like Q235 with yield strength is 235MPa.

3.3 Bolts will be follow ISO 898 grade 6.8/ 8.8
