High Brominated p-tert-Octyl Phenolic Curing Resin (OF-1056) Description OF-1056 is a fine brominated p-tert-octyl phenol formaldehyde heat reactive resin.
The clotting is decreased during transit and storage because of higher softening point.
The resin can provide the products with excellent mechanical properties.
It is soluble in aromatic, such as toluene, xylene etc.
Application OF-1056 is the fastest vulcanizing resin for unsaturated rubber, easily disperses and operates, giving the sulfurizing speed even faster than OF-1055 due to higher bromine content, no need of activator, simple composition, and good scorch safety.
OF-1056 resin is used for pressure sensitive adhesives, bladders, tire mould, bottle stopper, seals, heat-resistant gasket, roll etc.
The recommended dosage is 1~8 phr.
Package and Storage In paper/plastic combined sack with inner film bag, 25 kg net each; Up to buyer's requirement.
Store indoor, drying and ventilating.
