Introduction
Poly β-D-Glucanase is made by four kinds of β-D-Glucanase connected by 1, 3 bond and two continuous 1, 4 bond.
The above Poly β-D-Glucanase is actually included in all the grain product (such as barley, rye, sorghum, oats and wheat)
In brewing industry, barley is a kind of common carbohydrates additive, but its use in brewing caused some problems, esp the viscosity increase of wort, while the viscosity increase is caused by the gummi-like, with high molecular weight D-Glucanase polymer (β-glucan) including 1-3, 1-4glucosidic.
Grains (such as wheat, barley and rye), mixing with animal feed is the main energy source of animals.
However, the non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) leads to the viscosity increases of animal intestines and stomach, which interfere with the digestion.
Selective carbohydrase such as β-Glucanase hydrolyzes NSP can release the nutrients (energy and protein) to reduce the viscosity of intestines and stomach content, therefore increase the utilization rate of feed.
Description
SUKAGlucan is a kind of β-Glucanase preparation got through its high yield microorganism strain fermentation.
SUKAGlucan could be used in brewing, fruit juice extraction, clarification of wine and animal feed industry.
High qualityβ-1,3- 1,4- glucanase could hydrolyze the glucan in feed of poultry and pig containing a lot of barley, wheat and rye, etc.
It could also be used in brewing industry to promote the hydrolysis of glucan in the process of wort clarification and beer filtering.
Work Mechanism
SUKAGlucan could hydrolyze the glucan in feed of poultry and pig containing a lot of grain product such as barley, wheat and rye, etc, therefore to increase efficiency of feed utilization, enhance the intake of nutrients, and improve animal growing ability.
This product could also be used in brewing industry to promote the hydrolysis of glucan in the process of wort clarification and beer filtering.
The SUKAGlucan β-Glucanase is with high thermal stability, which could allow the brewster to regulate amylase saccharification process through high temperature and cut down starch saccharification time.
Characterics
The optimum pH of SUKAGlucan is 4.0-5.0, temperature range 30-60℃(86-14 0°F)
Specification: Powder: light yellow powder; Liquid: brown liquid
Unit definition: The amount of enzymes needed to hydrolyze 1mg starch within one hour under conditions of acting temperature 40℃ and pH4.6.
Usage and Dosage:
Used as feed additives, the adding proportion should be 0.05-0.1%.
Packaging:
25kg/plastic drum.
Alternative packaging is available according to customers’ requirements.
Storage
Store in cool and dry place, avoiding sunshine.
SUKAXY ACID contains plenty of active substances, it could maintain its activity for a comparatively longer period when stored under low temperature (below 25℃, but frozen prohibited).
Handling Precautions
SUKAGlucan is non-toxic and biodegradable.
However, unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided.
Long term exposure to protein based products (e.g. SUKAGlucan) may sensitize certain individuals to the product.
Wash hands with warm soapy water every time after handling.
Keep out of the reach of children.
