The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of synthetic fabrics and spring helix steel wire, making the hose stable and resistant to kink.

More importantly, the reinforcement makes the hose has good rigidity, so the hose is not easily bent.

The cover is made from high quality SBR or neoprene, making the hose resistant to abrasion, cut, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and sunlight.

Structure: port and dock dredge hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.

Tube is made from the mixture of high quality EPDM and natural rubber, making the port and dock dredge hose resistant to abrasion and corrosion.

Reinforcement is made from spring helix steel wire with multiple synthetic fabrics, providing full vacuum, kink resistance and vibration dampening.

Cover is made from high quality SBR for abrasion, weather, ozone, aging and cut resistance or high quality neoprene for seawater, ozone and sunlight resistance.

Temperature range: - 20 °C to +40 °C.

Inner diameter: 6" - 50" ( 152 mm - 1300 mm) .

Outside diameter: 7- 1/ 4" to 53- 1/ 5" ( 182 mm - 1350 mm) .

Working pressure: 0.5 MPa - 1.2 MPa.

Burst pressure: 1 MPa - 2.4 MPa.
