Application Method

Pad Dyeing Method Softening treatment

Dosage: MST 4-25g/L Dosage: MST 5-30g/L

Process: Pad (mangle expression 70%) – drying (110-130℃) softer (nonionic): 15-30g/L Process: Pad (expression 70%) – drying (110-130℃) Note:

1 - Please do not use cationic additives with optical brightener MST at the same time.

Because that may cause ion conflict between cation and anion ( optical brightener agent), if so, there will be precipitation phenomenon.

2 - Metal ions in water will impact the whitening effort of Optical brightener, such as Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn.

In this aspect, please use metal chelating agent to remove them in advance.

3 - Optical brightener agent should not expose to the sunlight directly.

Packing:

In 25kg plastic drum or as customer request.
