Molding silicone rubber has advantage of excelenlt fluidity and good operational performance, an elastic silicone rubber mold will be obtained with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid and alkali and expansion, comfortable duplication times and free sample avalibale.

Molding silicone rubber operations:

mould silicone rubber is a kind of flowing liquid, and it consists of two component, part A is aflowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent.

Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the origianal moldel, take some liquid silicone rubber, add 2%~3% cuing agent of the amount of silicon and mix them evenly.

Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you cn pour it into the mold frame.

The sillicone mold will cured in 2~3 hours.

Note: the time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3-5mins, othewise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuumizing.
