1 - Overview

Reach foaming agent is a chemical product, which is composed of many kinds of surface active agent s.

It can be divided into three types, Reach - 100 medium and low temperature foaming agent, Reach - 200 high temperature foaming agent, Reach - 300 foaming agent for acidization.

These foaming ageng are mainly used in foaming displacement of reservoir oil in the tertiary oil recovery ;meanwhile, foam acidizing, foam drilling, foam well wahing, water plugging profile control , foam drainage and gas recovery, all are included.

Good foam will be formed when combined with air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide: good foaming ability, good compound with hard water which has high salinity and high calcium and magnesium content, good foam stability, good compatibility with other chemical additives .

3 - Features

(1)The foaming agent has good foaming properties under the condition of the high temperature and high salinity (unrestricted).

(2)Good foam stability, long drainage half-life and foam half-life period, drainage half-life about 5 min, foam half-life more than 200 min, performance is superior to similar products.

(3)It has excellent compatibility and good corrosion ability, totally a safe, environmentally friendly products.

(4)The ability of foam blocking core is very strong, plugging rate is 100%.

(5)Certain oil resistance, small sandstone adsorption loss ;and the higher the temperature reach, the smaller the adsorption loss lose.

(6)Oil viscosity reduced, diluted oil wall formed , sweep efficiency and recovery efficiency improved.

4 - Applications

(1)Reach 100 foaming agent: generally used as concentration of 0.5% to 1%;

(2)Reach 200 foaming agent: generally used as the concentration of 0.3% to 0.5%, injected with the high temperature steam in the wellhead.

(3)Reach 300 foaming agent: generally used as concentration of 0.3 to 0.5%.
