Description of Nylon (PA) sheet:
Nylon (PA) sheet is a strong, stiff engineering plastic with outstanding bearing and wear properties.
Nylon is frequently used to replace metal bearings and bushings often eliminating the need for external lubrication.
Nylon is available in a variety of specialty formulations.
Molybdenum disulphide-filled (MOS2 filled) and oil-filled nylons have enhanced wear properties, while heat stabilized nylon will withstand higher operating temperatures.
For enhanced strength and stiffness, nylon is also available in glass-filled grades.

Applications:
MC nylon sheet widely used in a variety of mechanical structures and spare parts.
Compared to PA6, PA66 own the higher hardness, rigidity, a good resistance to wear and heat deflection temperature.
Apply to Bearings, gears, wheels, roller shaft, water pump impeller, fan blades, oil delivery pipe, oil storage pipe, rope, fishing nets and transformer coil.
