Properties and Features:

1 - It imparts fibers with good anti-static property during polyester staple fiber production and spinning.

2 - Can minimize the dynamic friction between fiber and metal and minimize static friction between fibers, at the same time, quality of fiber tow is improved.

3 - It imparts fibers with proper together-holding and good bulkiness and elasticity.

4 - It performs good chemical stability, easily solve in water, no layering, easily emulsify, and simple handling.

5 - It is no toxic and side-effect, non-crossive to equipment, high flash point, safe to usage.

Emulsion Preparation:

Feed 1/4 of desired distilled water into the vessel, raise temperature to 75℃-80℃, then feed TF-720A (25℃-35℃, room temperature ) with stirring, completely solve for around 30min.

Feed TF-720B (25℃-35℃, room temperature), solve with stirring for about 30min, then add another 3/4 distilled water, completely stir, come to ready-made emulsion.

Ready for use in container with temperature below 45℃.

Packing & Storage:

1.100kg, 200kg/ plastic drum or 1000kg/ plastic cubic tank.

2 - Sealed store under with temperature above 0℃, shelf life is 12months.

Cautions:

1 - Avoid extreme climate, such as high temperature in Summer and freeze in Winter.

2 - Do not mix with other impurities, do not use together with cationic oil.

3 - It is necessary in winter to keep enough long time at around 30℃ to make sure components in this product re-evenly so that easily soluble in water.
