Usage guidance

1 - Emulsion Preparation

Dissolving Water Specification:

Recommended conductivity bellow 1 µs/cm, bellow 10µs/cm, is allowed

Hardness: Bellow 3 mg/L (Calculated by CaCO3)

Content of SIO2: bellow 0.1 ppm

Recommended temperature condition: Oil temperature: 25-35 ℃

DISSOLVING WATER Temperature: 25-35℃

Allowed temperature condition: Oil temperature : 20-40℃ , Dissolving water temperature: 20-40 ℃

2 - Emulsion preparation method:

Before adding FDY oil, please keep stir the iron free water thoroughly, , then slowly adding TF-719 into water;

Finishing adding FDY oil, please keep strring for 30mins and check the phase of emulsion .

Adding preservative recommended by our company: 300-500ppm, check the phase again.

3 - Recommended oil adding method

Recommended emulsion concentration: 10-18%

Recommended oil adding method: by wheel or nozzle

Recommended picking-up rate: 0.6-1.0%
