infrared emission ability.

resistivity and good insulation performance, it can be applied to YGA

laser crystal and integrated circuit substrate as main fittings.

In the

same filling quantity, nanometer alumina has better thermal conductivity

and physical and mechanical properties than micron alumina in the

electric rubber.

In the proper proportions, the thermal effect of the

thermal rubber that mixing nanometer alumina and micron alumina is

better than only use microns of rubber filling particles.

The alpha

alumina 1000 mesh in mixing packing, when the weight fraction between

0.1 to 0.15, it has smallest viscosity, best liquidity and thermal

conductivity.

Used for thermal conductive filler in rubber and plastic,

it not only improve thermal conductivity and insulation effect, but also

improve the material mechanical properties .

In silica gel, it has good

thermal conductivity and transparency, but not effect the viscosity.
