Uv Glass Protective Ink - China

Discription: During the processing of cutting,

profilling, edging, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning,

hardening for glass(mainly thickness 0.4-1.0mm).

It will

scrape the glass during the immobilization and cutting, so

that will increase more labors and cost.

UV glass protective

ink, coat it onto the surface of glass before processing, it

will increase the yield.

This processing is widely used

among phone lens, watch glass, screen glass, MP3, MP4, pad

glass, etc field.

Character: grinding fluid resistant for 24hours.

Suitable for spraying and screen printing, evenly film on

the surface, no bubble, no pinhole, fast drying, well

adhesive, high temperature resistant, anti-scrape.

Operation data:

1, pre treatment: clean up the surface of glass

2 - ①screen printing: stir evenly, add 5% dedicated

dilution, after the dispersion, stewing it for 5-10min, if

use another dilution, please do some matching tests before

using.

Mesh: 77T-120T.

②spraying: customized viscosity, general percentage is

1: 0.7(ink: dilution); thickness after drying is 12-20um.

3, curing: 1200-2000 mj/cm² in the condition at 15um film

thickness:

1200mj/ cm², 2H hardness，1500 mj/ cm, 3H hardness，1800 mj/

cm, 4H hardness, different UV curing machine will have

different data.

4, CNC profilling processing

5, stripping: 8%--12%NaOH solvent, 80-90C, 5-8min;

6, warranty: 6month(25C without light or sunshine)

1, Warranty: in the dark and dry room with 25C, sealed ink

can be stored for half year, no light and sunshine.

2, It can be used as original ink, please use our dedicated

diluent if you want to adjust the viscosity.

Stir it for 3-

5min and stew 10min before use.

3, Please clean the surface of material.

4, please wash your eyes with water or soapy water if the

ink gets into your eyes, or go to the hospital at once.

5, This ink is inflammable, fire is forbidden in the storage

or operation place.
