Ink Operation Data:

Pretreatment: Removing the wax and oil on the surface and

keep it clean； 2 - Dilution: Mix the ink and diluent

together at suitable ratio, setting for 3-5mins, Vitayon

specific diluent will be added to the ink to adjust the

viscosity ( at 10: 6 ratio, or operating according to the

specific circumstances ) , Using other thinners to replace

is prohibited.



3 - Spraying: The thickness of dried ink film should be 40-

50um.

Screen printing: Using 77T - 100T mesh size;

4 - Prebaking: Hot air circulation drying at 100C for 20-

40mins;

5 - Exposure energy: 500-800 mj/cm2;

6 - Developing: Washing with 0.8%-1.2% Na2CO3 solvent, normal

temperature at 30 ± 2C;

7 - Second Baking: 100C for 30-60mins;

8 - Second Exposure: 1200-1800 mj/cm2;

9 - The process of PVD craft;

10 - Deplating with special deplating solution.



10 - Removing the ink: Remove the ink with 10% NaOH solvent at

90C, then clean it with ultrasonic wave for about 1-3

minutes ;

Precautions:

1 - Storage life: storage in the ventilation dry darkroom for

more than half a year in encapsulated state, 25C.

Do not

have a long time operation or storage in the white light or

the sun.

Process must be finished within 4 hours, or it will

influent the properties of the ink.

2 - Before used the ink and the water must be separated.

This

series of ink can be used without dilution，please use

Vitayon special dilution if needed to adjust the viscosity，

Mix and stir for 3-5 minutes and keep static for about 10

minutes.

3 - Keep surface of products clean, due to its key influence

on adhesion of the ink, please do thorough pretreatment.

4 - If accidental contact with skin or eyes , wash immediately

with soap and plenty of water , or medical treatment in a

timely manner.

5 - This product is flammable, prohibited fireworks at storage

and operating places.
