Introduction: Wire drawing on metal

surface can be a

good cover of mechanical lines and mold defects in

production, after wire drawing, the surface of metal shows

matte effect.

It will be more wear that normal gloss metal,

and looks more grade.

Traditional mechanical drawing can

only make the whole board drawing, but it will be very hard

to do part masking.

Our engineering department developed the

photosensitive wire drawing ink, photosensitive imaging and

drawing resistance successfully solved this problem, this

ink is widely used in metal phone shell ( MOTOROLA, nokia

and iPhone are in use of this ink), digital camera, MP4,

notebook shell in the process of aluminum products such as

etching processing for protection.



Character: Suitable for spraying or screen printing,

coating surface evenly, no bubble, no pinhole, fast

hardening speed, well adhesive, high temperature resistant,

well masking performance, well anti wire drawing.

Process: clean up the surface--spray or screen

printing--pre bake--exposure--post bake--wire drawing--

stripping.

Operation data:

1 - Pre treatment: clean up the surface of basic material

2 - Opening: Stir evenly of the curing agent and host with

1: 3 for 3-5min, then stewing it for 1-2min; during the

processing, you can add our dedicated dilution to adjust the

viscosity(1: 0.7); if you use other dilution, please do some

match test, the maximum can not be over 1 time.

3 - Coating: after dilution, the viscosity is 18-25s/cup, the

film thickness is 20-40um; Mesh: 77T-100T.

4, Pre bake: hot wind recycle drying for 80C-100C/10-

15min;

5, Exposure: Cooled exposure machine 8-12 power;

6, Developing: wash it 0.8%-1% Na2CO3 - 2KG/ cm² pressure,

temperature 30C±2;

7 - Post bake: 150C/30min；

8 - Wire drawing: use flat wire drawing machine to do some

wire drawing on stainless steel, copper, aluminum.

also remove 0.02-0.08 thickness scratch of copper, aluminum,

stainless steel, etc.

9 - Stripping: ①stainless steel as basic material: 10%NaOH,

90C ultrasonic machine for 1-3min; ②aluminum as basic

material: use stripper or strong nitric acid.

10 - warranty: 6month(25C without light or sunshine)

Announcement:

1, please clean up the surface of aluminum, otherwise it

will influence the adhesion between the aluminum and ink;

2 - Please do not use your hand to touch the ink, otherwise

the grease on the hand will influence the performance of

ink;

3 - If there is any ink off or peeling problem during the

processing of aluminum etching, it might be the curing time

is not enough, please check the curing power is suitable

with the time or not.

4 - Hard to strip or strip like powder, it might be that the

coating is too thin or over curing;

5 - Please seal the unspent ink well after using and put it

to the specified place(dark room)

6 - Please put the ink in the dark place with the temperature

lower than 25C, seal it well and the warranty will be half

a year;

7 - Please screen printing with big amount after the QC.

8 - This product belongs to dangerous products the fourth

series, the second oil series, danger level is the third.

Before using the product, please take good care of yourself,

neccessary exhaust and fire protection is needed.
