This product is made of American imported materials,

manufacturing and detection are all according to national

standard and EU standard, we also passed the ROHS test and

EN71-PART3 test.

3, Suitable for:

Peelable ink is mainly used for protecting the touch

screen from conduction, moisture, proof and scratch;

suitable for PET, ITO conductive film, ITO glass, glass,

tempered window glass, etc.

4, Operation condition:

①printing:

please stir the ink adequately before using, then

stewing it for over 20min, so that is able to reduce the

bubble, deckle edge, overflow;

Different mesh will be different thickness;

Effective square meter per KG of different thickness:

25um-30㎡； ;30um-25㎡；4 0um-20㎡;

Clean the mesh with Ketone series solvant or Ester

series solvant;

Suitable squeegee is 65-75 degree, the lower of

hardness, the better for large area coating.

②Curing:

Bake condition: 150C, 10-20min, well drying and

toughness; when 190C, 15min and bake for 3 times, the

performance without any change.

(The speed of ink drying and

thickness apply to the temperature and time.

)

③Peelable performance: 180 degree peelable power:

④ acid resistant performance: 10% hydrochloric acid 8-

5, FAQ and announcement:

Why the ink can not be peeled perfectlyC it might be that

the ink is too thin(Mesh is too thick) or not enough

curing(Undesirable baker exhaust)

Why the printing edge is jaggiesC Please check the printing

line is smooth, and use dedicated dilution.

Please seal the unspent ink well after using and put it to

the specified place(dark room);

Please put the ink in the dark place with the temperature

lower than 25C, seal it well and the warranty will be half

a year;

Please screen printing with big amount after the QC.

This product belongs to dangerous products the fourth

series, the second oil series, danger level is the third.

Before using the product, please take good care of yourself,

neccessary exhaust and fire protection is needed.
