They swing outward under the action of centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the main shaft.

Grinding and Crushing: As the grinding rollers swing outward, they exert pressure on the material.

The grinding rollers crush and grind the material against the grinding ring.

The material is pulverized and ground into fine particles.

Classification : The airflow, generated by the fan, enters the grinding chamber through the air intake.

The airflow carries the fine particles upward, while the larger particles fall back onto the grinding ring for further grinding.

The classifier located at the top of the grinding chamber separates the fine particles from the coarse ones.

Fineness Control: The gap between the grinding rollers and the grinding ring can be adjusted using the adjusting device.

This allows for control over the fineness of the final product.

Collection of Finished Product: The fine particles, carried by the airflow, are collected by the cyclone collector and then discharged through the outlet.

The coarse particles that have not reached the desired fineness continue to be ground until they meet the required specifications.
