Registration address and real office address

Registration address have to been shown on company registration or tax documents, you do not need to have own office for this address

Real office address have to been shown on your ISO9001 license.

Company photos also should show office address info, as road sign, street name etc

Registration address and real office address can be the same one

AQSIQ certificate registration types have to been shown on ISO license.

For example, if you want to register waste plastic on your AQSIQ, your ISO license have to show words as “waste plastic” or “plastic recycling” etc.

Notarized documents have to show company name, company registration address and legal representative’s name.

Keep company Tel and Fax available to receive latest notice from China AQSIQ department

Final aqsiq application form should be printed from aqsiq electronic system, signature should be given by legal representative’s

Fake company info is not allowed for AQSIQ application.
