Tank configuration

Stainless steel SUS316L/SUS304;

Jacket temperature control, optimized inside diversion design;

Interior surface polishing, Ra≤0.6μm;exter ior surface polishing or matte treatment;

Wide visual angle long-bar sight glass, pH electrode, DO electrode, temperatureelectrode with complete connections;

The tank cover is equipped with the flame inoculation port and standby feeding port.

Ventilating system

Deep ventilating, full stainless steel pipe;

Glass rotor flowmeter display, stainless steel pressure gauge display, manual valve flow adjustment;

Equipped with German sartorius high-efficiency bacteria removing filter of stainless steel shell with a precision of 0.01μm;

External compressed air is required, equipped with high quality water removing pressure stabilizer for continuous and stable air supply;

Tank pressure control

The top exhaust port is equipped with the pointer pressure gauge to display the tank pressure.

The stainless steel valve adopts manual control.

The optional imported pressure transmitter and automatic control valve realize automatic control of tank pressure.

Imported DO electrode realizes high temperature steam disinfection;

Feeding control

Standard configuration 1-way peristaltic pump time proportional incremental feeding, with the volume of incremental feeding being displayed and recorded.

Siemens PLCcontroller true color touch screen with complete functions and stable running.
