The wine fermenting tank is a product developed by our company according

to the wine fermenting tank technology from abroad.

The equipment is

mainly composed of top, top material distributing device, cooling jacket

part, liquid level observation part, conical bottom part, bottom residue

scraping mechanism, residue discharging device, wine storage and wine

internal circulating systems etc.

The grape pulps are fermented in the

fermenting tank.

The temperature control to the fermenting liquid in the

tank is realized through jacket cooling.

By the aid of the circulating

pump, external circulating pipe and material distributing device install

inside the tank, the grape juice will be sprayed from the tank top and

return to the tank.

According to the technological requirements, the

circulation shall be made 2-3 times every day, continuing about 30-60min

every time (the user can adjust the circulation time according to his

own technological conditions).

When the juice and residue are separated,

first pump away the juice, then start the scraping board motor at the

bottom of the tank, and the residue will be discharged from the residue

discharging vent at the bottom of the tank.
