  Hebei Dongan percision manufacturing Co., Ltd., we are specialized in producing all kinds of ladder class blank shaft.
  
  Its predecessor was hebei metallurgy technology development company, founded in 1984 - It is covering 30, 000 square meters including 16, 000 square meters for production area.
  
  We had 80 sets of various facilities and 130 million RMB, our wedge rolling process and technology came from University of Science and Technology Beijing !
  
  The basis principle of wedge rolling process is firstly putting the heated rods into the middle of two same side rotating molds with wedge shaped gibbous , the rods was driven by molds to do reverse turning movement , at the same time rods is compression deformation in radical and extension deformation in axial , finally the ladder shaft component is achieved.
  
  Its feature is high productivity, high precision, small error, good product quality, saving raw materials, good work environment.
  
  There are 10 sets gross wedge rolling machines, including two Cross wedge rolling machine H630, three Cross wedge rolling machine H750, two Cross wedge rolling machine H1000, three Cross wedge rolling machine H1200, matched 10 sets medium frequency induction heart furnaces, one 1600mt Friction press machine, each of 250\450 ring rolling mill, two holed lathes, one gantry sawing lathe.
  
  The strip mill machine can product 60MT/day in single shift, three non oxidation isothermal normalizing machines, the production capacity is 7.2MT/hour for axial products with ø10 ø128mm L≦1200mm.
  
  It also can roll all kinds of rotary axial blank and forging, such as Transmission gear shaft, engine camshaft, oil pump shaft、semi axle shaft sleeve, hollow shaft、electric tools, engineering machinery etc, annual production capacity more than 50, 000MT, while we have numerically controlled lathe and rough turning, final turning process .

  Our factory has established the perfect quality management system and has advanced online testing equipments, which are 1 set reading directly spectrographs for chemical analysis, 3 sets metallographic examination equipments, 5 sets rigidity testing equipments, 2 sets furnace equipments for experiment, 1 set spectroscope, 10 sets domestic and foreign digital ultrasonic detectors, 4 imported hand held infrared thermometers, every medium frequency induction heating furnace are matched with fixed infrared radiation thermometer, analytic balance etc.
  
  Our factory have passed ISO9001: 2000, ISO/TS16949 in 2002 and 2006 - Our auto gear shaft blanks get "Excellent Supplier" title from Shan'xi Fast Gear Co., Ltd for two consecutive years, meanwhile oil pump shaft blank series get "Preeminent New Products" published firstly by China Hydraulic Pneumatic Sealing Parts Industry Association.
