High levels of water, gas and particulate contamination can be detrimental to the life of a turbine bearing.

Our TY vacuum turbine oil dehydration system is able to remove emulsified water levels below 50 parts per million which can give bearings up to an additional 200% life and performance.

TY also can connect directly to the turbine lube oil reservoir and flush the system while it continues to operate.

With the installation of jumpers we can bypass the bearing and purify the oil before it enters critical components.

Once the fluid has reached the desired cleanliness, the bearing can be opened and flushed with clean fluid.

In the power generation industry reducing downtime is a must.

Our reclamation not only provides a cost saving benefit, but also reduces unit downtime while increasing fluid longevity.

It can used for heavy Emulsify Engine Oil reclamation.

Features

1 - The TY series integrate the gravity method, evaporation method, coacervation, vacuum separation and mechanical purification, utilizing coacervation, molecular absorption, vacuum drying and automatic demulsifying technologies which are capable of separating large and minimal amount of water from oil.

Its high water removal and demulsifying efficiency makes turbid oil to be clear and limpid.

2 - The precision multi-stage filter element can remove effectively various impurities, as it is a stage-to-stage densified filter element which could accommodate large amount of impurities and has a longer lifetime.

3 - The advanced infrared level automatic control system, voice & light automatic alarm system and the pressure protection device ensure a safe and reliable operation.

4 - Turbine oil and low viscosity lubricant oil can be treated online.

5 - The automatic series model has the following merits:

(1)Automatic oil purifier series is installed with PLC (programmable logical computer system), which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.

(2)The equipment is installed with auto alarming system, it will give out alarm and stop the whole machine when electrical motor is overloaded, vacuum pump and oil pump overloaded, heater overloaded and pressure abnormal.

(3)The equipment is installed with auto control of vacuum pressure, auto drainage of water from the equipment.
